Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Payment Terms

Payment for services will be outlined in the project agreement or invoice.

A deposit may be required to begin work.

Final payment is due upon project completion or as agreed upon in a project-specific contract.

Revisions and Changes

Two rounds of revisions are included in most projects unless otherwise agreed.

Additional revisions or changes outside the scope of the original agreement may incur extra fees.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final product (website code, designs, etc.) will be transferred to the client.

WebDevPro retains the right to use project deliverables for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranties and Disclaimers

WebDevPro will deliver high-quality services but does not guarantee any specific results (e.g., website traffic or rankings).

Services are provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied.

WebDevPro is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services (e.g., hosting, plugins).

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebDevPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for any completed work up to the termination date.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information confidential. This includes proprietary business information, strategies, and non-public project details.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

WebDevPro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
